Muchas nominaciones para Modern Family, que para mí no es tan buena.
Y siguen poniendo a Nurse Jackie como comedia.... y no lo es.

En dramas no me quejo hay muchos de mis actores estimados.
Por Homeland están los dos protagonistas.

La gran ganadora fue Homeland , con el mejor drama, y mejores protagonistas femenino y masculino.
Mad Men se había llevado los 4 previos a mejor drama.

Me gustó que Aaron Paul ganara por Breaking Bad, y que le den algo a Julia Louis-Dreyfus es siempre un placer.
Jim Parsons que venía de ganar los dos previos, ahora vio como se lo llevaba John Cryer por su muy buen Alan Harper.

Game of Thrones se llevó 6 estatuas pero en rubros técnicos.
Allí hay un personaje llamado Daenerys, casi fallezco al ver como luce la joven británica que lo encarna en la vida real, fue a los Emmys, así.


No me explico lo de Modern Family , creo que hay comedias bastante superiores, The Big Bang Theory, Two Broke Girls, Two and a Half Men, Mike and Molly ...
Incluso su realizador Steven Levitan, hace años hacía Just Shoot Me y era mucho mejor que esta.

En La Nación publicaron una nota con lo que no suele verse de la entrega de premios.

Se titula El otro lado de los Emmy


Lo que más me sorprendió, emplean 1.200 limusinas, las revisan para que no lleven explosivos, y a las mujeres hasta las carteras les miran.

A riesgo de desvirtuar un poco voy a poner un video acá.

No es para todos los paladares pero creo que muestra algo que no se ve todos los días, una entrevista de 48 minutos a actrices importantes de series estadounidenses.

Están de izquierda a derecha en la entrevista, Julianna Margulies de The Good Wife, Emmy Rossum de Shameless, Mireille Enos de The Killing, Kyra Sedgwick de The Closer, Claire Danes de Homeland, y January Jones de Mad Men.


Está en inglés, y es más bien para fanáticos de las series.

Les preguntan cosas como el momento que más miedo tuvieron trabajando, o como estudian las letras o las personas que más han colaborado en sus carreras.
Pero también cuentan cosas que van un poco más allá de eso, como la importancia del equipo de trabajo, los anónimos que no se ven y son equipo técnico.
Mientras en Shameless no tienen un guión definido, en Mad Men no pueden cambiar ni una coma de lo que les dan.

Me sorprendió la honestidad de Julianna Margulies, contando como es el ritmo de trabajo para una serie, a los que son figuras centrales como ella los exigen mucho, como esperan que trabajen 16 horas por día.


Como estoy podrido de mujeres sin talento con más cirugías que yo pelo en cabeza, valoro que entrevisten a otras talentosas que son buenas en lo suyo.
